How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing your order at least 3–5 business days before your event. For peak periods (Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day), 2 weeks in advance is advised.
Can I customise the ribbon message?
Yes. You can provide your own message text, and we will produce a custom ribbon banner in your preferred colour and language (English, Traditional Chinese, or both).
Do you deliver and set up the stand?
Yes. Delivery and professional setup are included in the price. Post-event collection is available upon request — please let us know when ordering.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Remote areas may incur a surcharge — please enquire when ordering.
Can I send a stand to someone else's opening?
Absolutely. Simply provide the recipient's venue address and contact name. We handle delivery and setup on your behalf.
