Information

We deliver across Hong Kong seven days a week. All arrangements are prepared fresh on the day of delivery and handled with care from our studio to your door.

Same Day Delivery

Available for Florist Pick orders only. Delivered in the 2:00–6:00 PM or 6:00–8:00 PM window. Subject to availability — please WhatsApp us to confirm.

Delivery Hours

Monday to Sunday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Specific time slots available upon request. Public holiday deliveries available with advance notice.

Coverage

We deliver to all 18 districts of Hong Kong, including Lantau Island and outlying islands by special arrangement.

Time slot requests are accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed. For time-critical deliveries, please contact us directly.

Care Tips

Keeping Flowers Fresh

Ensure someone is available to receive the flowers at the delivery address.

For surprise deliveries, provide a secondary contact number in case the recipient is unavailable.

Fresh flowers should be placed in water immediately upon receipt.

Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight, air conditioning vents, and heat sources.

Trim stems at a 45° angle every 2–3 days and change the water regularly.

Important Notes

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination district.

Same-day delivery (Florist Pick only) is available in the 2:00–6:00 PM or 6:00–8:00 PM window, subject to stock availability and florist capacity.

We are unable to guarantee exact delivery times, only time windows.

If the recipient is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or safe drop.

Maison M Floral is not responsible for flowers left unattended in extreme weather.

Public holiday surcharges of HK$50–100 may apply. We will notify you in advance.

Return Policy

Returns & Changes

All sales are final. Date changes must be requested at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.

Roses Only collection and special rose colour orders are pre-ordered from overseas and cannot be rescheduled once placed.

Maison M Floral reserves the right to make the final decision on all orders to ensure they meet our service standards and policies.
